By providing Rural Strong Network branding, tools, coaching, training, and support to rural people we move beyond partisan politics to focus on shared values to build the power necessary to have a Democracy, Government, and Economy That Work for All of Us

The Rural Strong Network, a project of Long View Action, is a national movement, run by rural people, dedicated to rebuilding civic life, strengthening local leadership, and creating lasting economic opportunity in rural communities, small towns, factory towns, and Tribal communities.

We believe America’s future depends on everyone having a seat at the table and communities having the agency they need to demand a democracy, government, and economy that works for all of us and the ability to shape our own future. We do that supporting leaders who will bring people together, by electing people who share our values and represent the different voices in our communities, and who will focus on making government work efficiently and effectively for the common good.
